My item which is meant to be delivered to me on the isle of wight somehow they delivered it to an address in Narbeth like come on it's even in the tracking code GB but still delivery to wales.

If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
